We are on the ground floor of Blk 406 Tampines Street 41, in the stretch of blocks called Sun Plaza Green. Pick where you are starting from, then step through the turns. Each step opens the street at that exact spot, so you can see the turn before you make it.

- Come along Tampines Street 41 and turn in at the car park serving Blocks 401 to 417.
- It is a surface car park on electronic parking, short-term all day. Free on Sundays and public holidays from 7am to 10.30pm. Gantry clearance 4.5 m.
- Park up and walk to Blk 406. We are on the ground floor at #01-23.
Car park rates and free-parking hours are HDB’s, not ours, and they do change. Check the signage at the gantry.

Delivering across the east, and the rest of the island
Standard delivery is S$14.90; CBD and timed options have different prices. Being nearby makes free collection convenient. Our nearest neighbours order most often from Tampines North, Tampines West, Simei, Pasir Ris, Bedok and Changi.
Office orders go regularly to Changi Business Park and Tampines Regional Centre, which are both close enough that a specific-slot delivery lands reliably before a morning meeting.

Where is The Dessert Party in Tampines?
We are at 406 Tampines St 41 #01-23, Singapore 520406, on the ground floor of the HDB block. The nearest MRT is Tampines, about a 10-minute walk away, served by both the East-West and Downtown lines. There is also parking at the block.
What are your opening hours?
Monday and Wednesday to Friday, 11am to 5.30pm. Saturday and Sunday, 10am to 4pm. We are closed on Tuesdays and public holidays.
Can I walk in and buy something?
Yes. There is a counter with whatever came out of the oven that morning. It is a small kitchen, so the selection is whatever is left by the time you arrive. If you want something specific, preorder by 9pm the night before and it will be waiting for you.
Do you deliver around Tampines and the east?
Yes. Standard delivery is S$14.90 between 1.30pm and 5.30pm; CBD delivery is S$19.90. Specific timing and morning options cost more. Check the delivery page and checkout for available options. Self-collection in Tampines is free.
Do you deliver to Changi Business Park?
Yes. For an office order with a fixed meeting time, check the S$27.90 specific 1-hour delivery option. Morning delivery from 8am to 9am is S$34.90. Confirm available dates and timing at checkout.
Is there anywhere to sit?
No. This is a bakery kitchen with a counter, not a cafe. Everything is boxed to take away or to be delivered.
What should I try first?
The Cempedak Crumble Cake, if it is in season, because almost nobody else in Singapore makes one. If it has sold out, the Tart Box at S$34 is what most first-timers leave with.
