Wholesale questions
What is the minimum wholesale order?
Thirty pieces of each bake, per delivery, on a standing order. We keep it low so you can order what sells without holding extra stock. Most cafes start at 30 to 60 pieces twice a week.
Can I order wholesale for a party or a personal event?
No. Wholesale is only for businesses that resell or serve our bakes, with a company UEN and a standing order of at least 30 pieces of each bake per delivery. For a party, a family event or gifts, order from the menu at retail prices, or see our dessert tables and corporate orders.
How is wholesale priced?
Wholesale pricing starts at 35% off our retail prices and improves with weekly volume. We will send a rate card once we know what you want to carry and how often.
How much notice do you need?
Standing weekly orders need 72 hours' notice to change. One-off top-ups need 48 hours. We bake to your order, so nothing is frozen.
Can we sell it under our own name?
Yes. Most of our wholesale partners do. We can supply unbranded, or with your label applied here before delivery. You can sell it as your own, but please do not describe it as baked in-house.
Do you deliver to the cafe?
Yes, on your standing schedule, at cost. Delivery to a single commercial address is S$15 within the east and S$25 elsewhere on the island. Collection from Tampines is free.
Is it suitable for a halal-conscious cafe?
We do not use pork, lard, alcohol or gelatin. We are not MUIS halal certified. Our shared kitchen handles wheat, dairy, eggs and nuts, so cross-contact is possible. Please ask for ingredient details before ordering and check each recipient’s requirements.
Can we trial before committing?
Yes. We will send a paid sample box at cost for your team to taste and for you to photograph. No standing order required.
