Preorders close 9pm for next-day pickup or delivery. Islandwide delivery S$11.90 (+S$5 CBD).

- Keeps best eaten the same day; 2–3 days if needed. Storage card comes in every box.
- Suitable for mixed tables — no pork, lard, alcohol or gelatin in anything we bake.

This is the bake people message us about. Cempedak — the fragrant Southeast Asian cousin of the jackfruit — folded through a buttery cake and finished with a thick crumble top. It is sweet, floral and unmistakably local, and it sells out most weeks it is on.
Available by the slice or as a whole 8-inch cake. Cempedak is seasonal, so it comes and goes with the fruit — the mailing list is the fastest way to hear when it is back.
