Everything people ask at checkout
When will my order arrive?
Preorders close at 9pm, and your order is baked the following morning. Standard delivery arrives between 1.30pm and 5.30pm on the date you pick at checkout.
Can I choose a delivery time?
Yes. A specific 1-hour window is S$27.90 and morning delivery between 8 and 9am is S$34.90. Both are chosen at checkout. All delivery options.
How do I pay?
PayNow and card are both available at checkout. Card orders have a S$60 minimum. The final amount is confirmed before you pay.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Email thedessertparty@gmail.com with your order ID and we can amend it once. We can’t refund after an order is placed, because everything is baked to order and the ingredients are already spoken for.
Can I collect instead of paying delivery?
Yes, and collection is free. 406 Tampines St 41 #01-23, Mon and Wed–Fri 11am–5pm, Sat–Sun 10am–3pm. Find us.
Do you deliver on Tuesdays or public holidays?
No. The kitchen is closed on Tuesdays and public holidays, so there’s no baking and no delivery on those days. Order ahead if your date falls on one.
Is it suitable for guests avoiding pork or alcohol?
We never use pork, lard, alcohol or gelatin, and none of it is in the kitchen. We’re not MUIS certified, and our shared kitchen handles wheat, dairy, eggs and nuts. What this means.
