How it works
Check your date
Send us the date and venue so we can confirm we’re free. Worth settling the venue first, since some have rules about outside vendors.
Choose a package
Petite, Party or Grand. Tell us your guest count and we’ll point you at the right one. A 50% deposit locks in the date.
Design and sourcing
We settle flavours, colours and concept, then design the layout and pull tables, props and any floral or custom work.
The big day
We arrive 1 to 1.5 hours before your guests, set everything up, then come back at the end to clear it away. Leftovers are yours.

Build your table
Pick a size, choose your bakes, then tell us about the day. Takes a couple of minutes and means our first reply can be a real proposal rather than a list of questions.
Add-ons: tulle backdrop cloth S$50–80. Surcharges: no lift access S$50, Sentosa or Jurong Island S$20. Favour boxes for guests are priced separately. See custom boxes.
GOOD TO KNOW
Before you book
Nothing here is a surprise on the invoice. If any of it is a problem, say so early and we’ll work around it.
Confirming your date
A 50% deposit confirms the booking and comes off the final invoice. Bookings should be confirmed at least three weeks before the event so there’s time to plan, source props and bake fresh. Nothing is held until the deposit is in.
Booking at short notice
We’ll take last-minute bookings if the slot is free, with a surcharge: 10% under 21 days, 20% under 14 days, 40% under 7 days.
Surcharges
Public holidays, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day carry a 10–20% surcharge. Sentosa and Jurong Island add S$20. Venues without lift access add S$50. A tulle backdrop cloth, if you want one, is S$50 to S$80.
Cancelling
Cancel 20 or more days before your event and the deposit is refunded in full. After that we’ve already started on props and decorations, so we can’t refund it.
Venue and hotels
Check with your venue before booking us. Some hotels don’t allow outside setups, and if yours doesn’t we can’t refund the booking. The table also needs decent lighting and a clean surface or wall to look its best.
Decorations
Everything is handmade and made for your table specifically: paper flowers, garlands, buntings, pom poms, fans, tassels. We don’t do helium balloons or printed PVC banners.
Themes and designs
Once the deposit is paid the theme is locked, because we start buying and making for it straight away. We also don’t recreate another vendor’s setup. If you love their work, go to them.
Payment and samples
PayNow or bank transfer, with full payment before the event date. We don’t offer tastings or samples at the moment.
