Properly coffee-soaked, generous with the mascarpone, and made without a drop of alcohol, so it can go round the whole table, kids included.

Taking the liqueur out usually flattens the flavour. We push the coffee harder instead of reaching for more sugar. It’s been one of our steadiest weekly sellers for years.
