Are your desserts halal?
We’re not halal certified, but we never use pork, lard, gelatin or alcohol in anything we bake, so every guest at your table can say yes.
How much is delivery?
Standard delivery between 1.30–5.30pm is S$11.90. CBD addresses carry an additional S$5 courier surcharge (Lalamove).
Can I self-collect or walk in?
Yes to both! Collect from 406 Tampines St 41 #01-23, weekdays 11am–5.30pm, weekends 10am–4pm. For walk-ins, check our IG stories for the day’s line-up and any closure notices.
How fresh are the desserts? Do they keep?
Everything is baked fresh each morning and best eaten the same day. If you must, they keep 2–3 days. Storage instructions come on a card with every box.
Do you do dessert tables or bigger events?
Yes. Styled dessert tables for weddings and parties start at S$680, including props, signage, delivery, setup and teardown. For office gifting or a personalised box run, see custom boxes or our corporate page.
Can I swap items in a box?
The desserts in each box are fixed and can’t be changed. For customised combinations, see our custom boxes.
Can I change or refund my order?
Email thedessertparty@gmail.com with your order ID and we can amend it once. We’re not able to refund after an order is placed, because everything is baked to order and the ingredients are already spoken for.
What if nobody’s home for the delivery?
Our courier will call the recipient and can leave the box outside if okayed (tart boxes need refrigerating, so do bring them in as soon as you can). If intercom access is needed and no one’s home, a redelivery will be required.
Can it be a surprise delivery?
We’d love to, but we can’t do anonymous deliveries, because someone needs to be there to receive the box. Do let the recipient know to expect it in your chosen slot; otherwise a S$25 same-day redelivery fee applies.
What payments do you accept?
PayNow, bank transfer, or credit card (transaction fees apply). Ordering from overseas for someone in Singapore works fine. Use bank transfer or card.
My order hasn’t arrived. What do I do?
Email thedessertparty@gmail.com and we’ll chase it up straight away. We’re a small kitchen, so it comes to us directly.
