Are your desserts halal?
We’re not halal certified, but we never use pork or lard-related ingredients, gelatin or alcohol in anything we bake.
How much is delivery?
Standard delivery between 1.30–5.30pm is $11.90. CBD addresses carry an additional $5 courier surcharge (Lalamove).
Can I self-collect or walk in?
Yes to both! Collect from 406 Tampines St 41 #01-23, weekdays 11am–5.30pm, weekends 10am–4pm. For walk-ins, check our IG stories for the day’s line-up and any closure notices.
How fresh are the desserts? Do they keep?
Everything is baked fresh each morning and best eaten the same day. If you must, they keep 2–3 days — storage instructions come on a card with every box.
Can I swap items in a box?
The desserts in each box are fixed and can’t be changed. For customised combinations, see our custom boxes.
Can I change or refund my order?
Email thedessertparty@gmail.com with your order ID to amend — changes can be made once. We’re unable to offer refunds after an order is placed.
What if nobody’s home for the delivery?
Our courier will call the recipient and can leave the box outside if okayed (tart boxes need refrigeration — bring them in ASAP). If intercom access is needed and no one’s home, a redelivery will be required.
Can it be a surprise delivery?
We can’t do anonymous or surprise deliveries — do let the recipient know to expect a delivery in your chosen slot, or a $25 same-day redelivery fee applies.
What payments do you accept?
PayNow, bank transfer, or credit card (transaction fees apply). Ordering from overseas for someone in Singapore works fine — use bank transfer or card.
My order hasn’t arrived — what do I do?
