Collection in Tampines
Collection is free and it is also the freshest your dessert will ever be, because nothing sits in a delivery bag first. We are a five-minute walk from Tampines West MRT and there is parking at the block.
Bring your order confirmation. If someone else is collecting on your behalf, just tell us their name when you order.

Delivery questions
How much is delivery in Singapore?
Standard islandwide delivery is S$11.90, with a S$5 surcharge for CBD addresses. A chosen morning or afternoon window is S$17.90, and a specific 1.5-hour slot is S$32. Standard delivery is free on orders above S$150.
When do preorders close?
Preorders close at 9pm for next-day pickup or delivery. Everything is baked the following morning, so there is no same-day ordering. If you need dessert today, watch the daily Flash Box at 11.30am.
Can I choose a delivery time?
Yes. Standard delivery arrives between 1.30pm and 5.30pm. For S$17.90 you can choose a morning slot (10am–1pm) or an afternoon slot (1.30pm–5.30pm). For S$32 we will hold a specific 1.5-hour window, which is what most weddings and corporate events book.
Is self-collection free?
Yes. Collection from 406 Tampines St 41 #01-23 is free. We are open Monday and Wednesday to Friday 11am–5.30pm, and Saturday and Sunday 10am–4pm. Closed Tuesdays and public holidays.
Do you deliver to Sentosa or Jurong Island?
Yes, with a S$20 surcharge on top of the delivery tier you choose, because both need extra travel time and access arrangements.
What happens if nobody is home?
The driver will call the number on the order. If we cannot reach anyone we will leave the box with a concierge or a neighbour where that is possible, and message you. We cannot re-deliver on the same day, and desserts left outside in Singapore heat are not something we will do.
Do you deliver on Tuesdays or public holidays?
No. The kitchen is closed on Tuesdays and public holidays, so there is no baking and no delivery on those days. Order ahead if your date falls on one.
Can I send a gift to someone else?
Yes, and most of our delivery orders are gifts. Add the recipient's name, address and mobile number at checkout, and a short message if you would like one printed on a card in the box.
