A styled wedding dessert table from The Dessert Party starts at S$680 for four dessert selections, rising to S$980 and S$1,580 for larger spreads. Every package includes the desserts, table and backdrop rental, custom signage, props, delivery, setup and teardown. Confirm at least three weeks before the date, with a 50% deposit, which keeps you clear of short-notice surcharges. Wedding favour boxes are available from 20 boxes.

FAVOURS FOR EVERY GUEST
Individually boxed bakes, one per guest, each carrying your own printed label with ribbon and finishing as standard. The minimum is twenty boxes and they need at least a week’s notice, longer if the guest list is large.
We have done a 140-box wedding morning, delivered by 8.30am, after other vendors turned the order down. See custom boxes for label options, or book the table and the favours together and we will sequence both for the same morning.

Booking a wedding table, in order
Check the venue first. Some hotels do not allow an outside dessert setup. It is the one thing that cannot be fixed later, and if the venue says no after booking we are not able to refund it.
Send your date, headcount and colours. Mood boards are welcome. We design to your palette rather than a fixed catalogue, and we will tell you honestly if something will not hold up under a marquee for two hours.
Confirm with the deposit. Fifty per cent holds the date and comes off the final invoice. Confirm at least three weeks out. That keeps you clear of the short-notice surcharge, which runs 10% inside 21 days, 20% inside 14 and 40% inside 7.
Once the deposit is in, the theme is locked. We start buying and making the props straight away, which is why the design cannot change after that point. Cancel 20 or more days ahead and the deposit is returned in full.

How far ahead should we book?
At least three weeks, which keeps you clear of the short-notice surcharge. Inside 21 days it is 10%, inside 14 it is 20% and inside 7 it is 40%. A 50% deposit confirms the date.
What is the minimum for favour boxes?
Twenty boxes, each with your own printed label, ribbon and finishing included. From S$10 a box, with at least a week’s notice. Custom boxes.
Can you deliver early on the morning?
Yes. Morning delivery between 8 and 9am is S$34.90 and a specific 1-hour window is S$27.90. We have delivered 140 boxes by 8.30am.
Will it work for a mixed guest list?
Nothing we bake has pork, lard, alcohol or gelatin, and none of it is in the kitchen, so one spread serves the whole room. We’re not MUIS certified and the kitchen handles wheat, dairy, eggs and nuts. A written ingredient declaration is available on request.
Can you recreate a table we saw online?
No. We don’t recreate another vendor’s setup, because if you love their work you should book them. Send colours and mood boards and we’ll design for your day instead.
