Choosing the right dessert box for your office or clients

Corporate orders come with a different set of questions than a birthday party: how does this look arriving at reception, does it need individual portions, and will it survive sitting in an office pantry until 3pm? Here’s how we’d think through it.

For a team gathering where everyone eats together, shared platters work well and go further per dollar — our Sharing Dessert Platter (S$45) or a Box of 24 Mini Brownies (from S$60) covers a mid-sized team without individual packaging. Plan on 2 pieces per person as a baseline.

Client gifting and individual take-home boxes

When the box is meant to be received individually — a client gift, a thank-you after a pitch, a festive hamper — individually packed boxes read better than a shared platter. Custom boxes with your own labels are available for exactly this, and past corporate clients have included LVMH, McDonald’s, Lancôme, La Roche-Posay x Shopee, Pandora, Peugeot and ASTALIFT.

What travels well in an office

Butter cakes, loaves and cookies hold up better across a working day than delicate tarts, which are best eaten within a few hours of arrival. If the order will sit out before anyone eats it, lean toward the Cookie Box, Banana Chocolate Chunk Loaf or a Bundt selection over anything cream-based.

Lead time and ordering

Standard preorders close at 9pm for next-day pickup or delivery, but larger corporate and festive orders benefit from more notice — especially around year-end and Chinese New Year, when volume is highest. Reach out early if you’re planning a recurring order (monthly team treats, for instance) so we can pencil it in.

Dietary coverage, handled once

Every box we make is free of pork, lard, alcohol and gelatin as standard, so you don’t need to ask each recipient about dietary restrictions before ordering — one box works for the whole distribution list.
