Deepavali questions

Do you have Deepavali dessert boxes?

Yes. Our boxes and platters work for Deepavali the same way they work for any open house: individually packed boxes for visiting and giving, and sharing platters for the table. Preorder by 9pm for next-day delivery, and earlier in the week if you need a specific day.

Is everything vegetarian-friendly?

Nothing we bake contains pork, lard, alcohol or gelatin, so nothing has hidden animal gelatin in it. Our bakes do contain dairy and eggs, so they suit lacto-ovo vegetarians but not a strict vegan or a no-egg observance. Tell us when you order and we will say plainly which items work.

Can I have the boxes delivered to several homes?

Yes. Multiple addresses go in as separate orders with the same message card, and we deliver each one on your chosen day. For more than five addresses, email us and we will handle it as one invoice.

How far ahead should I order for Deepavali?

For a handful of boxes, the night before is enough. For an open house or twenty-plus boxes, give us a week, because festival weeks fill up and we only bake what one person can bake in a morning.

Can you put a message on the box?

Yes, printed on a card in the box, or on the label itself for orders of twenty or more. Send the wording when you order.
